My real estate experience covers residential re-sales, new home sales, development land sales, land assembly, condo sales, and residential leasing. I make every effort to provide my clients with superior service to the best of my ability.
Over the years my goals of achieving exceptional service with ethical and honest practice has gained me my client's trust and earned me multiple honours and awards such as Top Ten Royal LePage Sales Representative at my Brokerage office on three occassions, and the Royal LePage Franchise Sales Achievement Award in 2003 & 2009, The Master Sales Award in 2002, 2004, 2007, 2011, 2015 & 2016,The Presidents Gold Award in 2005, 2008, 2012, 2013 & 2014, the Directors Platinum Award in 2010, and the Award of Excellence in 2014.
However, my greatest award is being part of the experience in satisfying my client's needs and witnessing their joy when they find their perfect new home or sell their existing one for a pleasing price! I have found that by just helping people with their needs the success will follow. This is why I don't have use for pressure sales tactics to drive to the top. I understand that consumers don't want to work with pushy Realtors. Today's consumer wants true and accurate information, top service, and the best price possible!
