It has been said that the most important element in determining the quality of real estate service is the experience and knowledge of the Realtor. Licensed since January 26, 1998, I have been helping people for 25 full time years with my experience in Real Estate Sales. Real Estate is ALL I DO! My real estate experience covers residential re-sales, pre-construction home sales, development land sales, land assembly, condo sales, and residential leasing.  I make every effort to provide my clients with superior service to the best of my ability. 

Over the years my goals of achieving exceptional service with ethical and honest practice has gained me my client's trust and earned me multiple honours and awards such as The Royal LePage Executive Circle Award in 2022 and the Royal LePage Chairman's Club Award which are awarded to the top 1% Royal LePage agents in Canada, where I placed 56 over all based on units sold in 2022, Royal LePage Top 10 - National 2022, Royal LePage Top 10 - Ontario 2022, the Diamond Award in 2020, The Director's Platinum Award in 2010 and 2021, the Award of Excellence in 2014 & 2015, Top Ten Royal LePage Sales Representative at my Brokerage office on several occasions, including being #1 in the office, and the Royal LePage Franchise Sales Achievement Award in 2003 & 2009, The Master Sales Award in 2004, 2007, 2011, 2015, 2016, 2018 & 2019, and the The Presidents Gold Award in 2005, 2008, 2012, 2013 & 2014.


However, my greatest award is being part of the experience in satisfying my client's needs and witnessing their joy when they find their perfect new home or sell their existing one for a pleasing price! I have found that by just helping people with their needs the success will follow. This is why I don't have use for pressure sales tactics to drive to the top. I understand that consumers don't want to work with pushy Realtors. Today's consumer wants true and accurate information, top service, and the best price possible!
